Definitions of "Account" and "User" in Ragic

Ragic is a collaborative platform designed for team use. You can invite colleagues, partners, or other collaborators to work within the same database account. In Ragic, the term "Account" refers to two levels:

Database Account: the main account for your database.

User Account: individual users identified by their email addresses.

When signing up, you’ll need to specify both the database account name and the email address of the "first user".

After registration, you can freely add users to your database. Internal members of your organization can be added as Internal Users, while collaborators outside your organization can be added as External Users.

Ragic’s billing is based on your subscription plan and the number of internal users in your account. For example, if you’re on the Professional Plan (USD 19/month) and have 5 Internal Users listed in the User Page, your monthly fee will be: USD 19 × 5 = USD 95/month.

(All 5 users can sign in and access the database simultaneously. External users are not billed.)

Can Users Have Different Plans and Access Rights in Ragic?

Some users ask: "Can I assign different subscription plans to different users, like 2 on the Professional Plan and 3 on the Lite Plan?"

The answer is "No".

Each "Database Account" can have only one subscription plan, which applies to all users within the account. You cannot assign different plans within the same database.

We do not charge differently based on the Access Rights assigned to each Internal User. In Ragic, Access Rights are separate from billing. If needed, all Internal Users in your account can be granted SYSAdmin rights.
